About Our Hospital| Why do you have password-protected areas on our website? |
Our professional governing body requires that we have a veterinary client relationship with individuals before communicating certain information to them. These are the areas that require you to enter your client password. |
| What are your hours of operation? |
Our regular business hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 7:30 a.m.– 6:00 p.m. On Wednesday nights we have extended hours until 7:00 p.m. to serve you better. Saturday we are open from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. Please call 358-7831 to book a convenient appointment time or you may use our on-line appointment scheduler to request a date and time. |
| What do I do in the case of an emergency and your clinic isn’t open? |
In an EMERGENCY: After hours emergencies before 10 p.m. Monday-Saturday, phone 358 7831. The answering service will page the doctor on call. After 10 p.m. Monday- Saturday and all day Sunday, phone 352 2277 - which is the Small Animal Emergency Clinic

| Where is your clinic located? |
We are conveniently located at 6201 Amarillo Blvd West in Amarillo, TX. We are 2/10 mile west of the Veterans Hospital and right across the street from the Texas A & M Research and Extension Center |
| How do I get my password? |
If you are a client of our clinic, you may obtain your client password by calling our clinic directly at 358-7831 or by e-mailing our clinic at AnimalMed@aol.com. Our staff will confirm your association as a client and provide you with the password. |
