Appointment Process

We care for pets primarily by appointment only, but walk-ins are accommodated and will be seen as time allows.  Please be aware the order of priority is as follows:

1. Emergencies
2. Appointments
3. Sick walk-ins
4. Routine procedure walk-ins

We make a concerted effort to see every client on time and a phone call is greatly appreciated if an appointment needs to be re-scheduled.

Please call 358 7831 to book a convenient appointment time, make arrangements to drop-off your pet or you may use our on-line scheduler to request a date and time.  We also offer a convenient pickup and delivery service during the hours of 7:30 to 5:00p.m. Monday through Friday.
